Privacy Policy

Last Updated · April 29, 2026

Your trust is sacred to us. The same care we bring to sourcing our botanicals, we bring to handling your information. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we promise never to do.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed for you to shop, communicate with us, and receive what you have asked for.

  • Cart and order information — when you add a product to your cart, your selection is stored on your device. When you check out, Shopify processes your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), and payment information so your order can be fulfilled.
  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and the message you send us through the contact page.
  • Newsletter signups — your email address, given voluntarily, when you ask to be invited to join the Inner Circle or to receive new release announcements.
  • First-party page-view metrics — anonymized page-view counts collected via Vercel Analytics. No cookies are set, no cross-site identifier is stored, IP addresses are not retained. We see "the homepage was visited 412 times this week," not "this person visited these pages."
  • Third-party site analytics (future) — when we eventually add Google Analytics, you will be asked for explicit consent and you can decline. This category is not yet active.

What we promise never to do

  • We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
  • We do not share your information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not track your activity across other websites. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or cross-site identifiers of any kind.
  • We do not send you marketing email unless you have explicitly asked to receive it.

How we use what we collect

  • To fulfill your order, ship your purchase, and answer any questions you have about it.
  • To respond to messages you send through the contact form.
  • To send you the newsletter or community invitations you have signed up to receive — and only those.
  • To meet our legal obligations as a business (tax records, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use the smallest amount of browser storage necessary to make the site work. Specifically:

  • Essential — a small amount of browser storage holds your shopping cart and your checkout session so you can complete your purchase. This is always on; the site cannot function without it.
  • Analytics (coming in a future release) — once activated, anonymized usage data, only with your consent.
  • Marketing (coming in a future release) — once activated, email engagement tracking for newsletters you have opted into, only with your consent.

You can review or change your preferences at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and consumer protection law. We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as you wish to remain in touch with us. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us:

  • What information we hold about you.
  • To correct anything that is wrong.
  • To delete your information from our records.
  • To stop sending you the newsletter (unsubscribe is at the bottom of every email).

To make any of these requests, email tai.t.conley@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Third parties we work with

A small number of trusted services help us run the business. They receive only the information they need to do their job, and we never grant them permission to use your data for their own marketing.

  • Shopify — processes your order, payment, and shipping. Their privacy policy is here.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and provides anonymized first-party page-view metrics (no cookies, no cross-site identifier, no IP storage). Their privacy policy is here.

When additional services are added (email delivery, analytics, event ticketing), this section will be updated and the date at the top of this page will change.

Children

Our products and content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, please email tai.t.conley@gmail.com and we will remove it immediately.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, notify newsletter subscribers and ask returning visitors to re-confirm their cookie preferences.
